First time response to email requests is currently in over 90% of the cases within first 2 hours – in over 80% the cases the issue is resolved within 24 hours

In order to provide competent technical support please provide following information with your request:

  • Serial number of the product
  • Log files of the server (you can get these under “Help” – “Download log files for technical support”)
  • Motherboard (Manufacturer, Type, BIOS Version)
  • Name of the networking controller
  • Hardware Raid Controller (Manufacturer, Type, BIOS Version)
  • Hard Drive Information (Manufacturer, Type, Revision)
